Vidstyle currently operates as an affiliate platform. Shipping is handled entirely by the third party retailer you purchase from. Please refer to each retailer's shipping policy for details. Vidstyle marketplace shipping terms will apply when our resale marketplace launches.
Processing Time
Sellers ship within 3 business days of a confirmed sale.
Carrier
Vidstyle currently ships within the United States via USPS. A prepaid label is provided to the seller at time of sale.
Shipping Costs
Included in the price shown at checkout. No surprise fees.
Tracking
Tracking information appears in your Vidstyle dashboard once your item ships.
Delivery Issues
Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date. Send us a message here.
Returns
Buyers have 3 days after confirmed delivery to raise a dispute if an item is significantly not as described. After 3 days all sales are final. No returns for change of mind.
Shipping Insurance
Vidstyle automatically insures all items valued over $100. Insurance is included in the purchase price and protects your order against loss or damage during shipping at no additional cost to you.
