Vidstyle is a fashion discovery, trust, commerce, and community ecosystem. It is not a traditional marketplace alone, not a traditional social media platform, and not a QVC-style shopping channel. The platform guides users through a journey: Inspiration → Discovery → Trust → Intent → Purchase → Return.
Vidstyle operates as an affiliate discovery platform for approved products. When you click Buy Now on an affiliate product you may be directed to a third-party retailer to complete your purchase. Vidstyle is not responsible for third-party transactions, shipping, or returns on affiliate purchases.
1. About Vidstyle

2. Your Account
One Vidstyle account per person. Your capabilities grow over time — you may start as a viewer and later become a creator, seller, or designer from the same account, without creating a new identity. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vidstyle. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older and that information you provide is accurate.
4. Shop Videos
Shop Videos are shoppable fashion videos where creators demonstrate products, style products, and educate viewers to create discovery and purchase confidence. Shop Videos are not external advertising posts. Creators may not use Vidstyle to send users away to outside shopping destinations. Commerce connections remain inside Vidstyle through approved products.
5. Style Houses
Style Houses are creator and business fashion destinations on Vidstyle. A Style House can represent a creator, stylist, designer, affiliate curator, pre-loved seller, or brand. One person may hold multiple capabilities under one account. Style House owners are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information and any content or listings they publish.
6. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing items including brand, condition, era, and any flaws. Sellers must own items they list and have the right to sell them. Misrepresenting items is grounds for immediate account termination. Sellers must ship within 3 business days of a confirmed sale.
7. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to complete purchases they commit to. Buyers have 3 days after confirmed delivery to raise a dispute. After 3 days the sale is considered final and funds are released to the seller. Items valued over $100 are automatically insured through Vidstyle's shipping protection program. Insurance costs are absorbed into the platform fee and not charged separately to buyers.
8. Approved Designers
Vidstyle only accepts listings from an approved list of luxury and designer brands. To request a designer be added contact us here.
9. Fees and Commission
Vidstyle charges a commission on each completed sale. Shipping costs are included in the price shown to buyers. Sellers receive payout after the buyer dispute window closes.
10. Seller Honesty Policy
Vidstyle reviews listings for completeness and quality standards. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their item descriptions and authenticity claims. Vidstyle does not provide independent physical authentication. By listing on Vidstyle sellers certify their items are genuine and accurately described.
11. Prohibited Items
No counterfeit or replica items. No falsely described items. No stolen goods. No items violating applicable law. Vidstyle may remove any listing at our discretion.
12. Disputes
Buyers who believe an item was significantly not as described must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Our determination is final.
13. Video Content
Vidstyle embeds publicly available video content from official brand YouTube channels for inspiration purposes. We do not host video files. All content remains property of its respective owners.
14. Limitation of Liability
Vidstyle is a discovery, trust, and commerce ecosystem. Our liability is limited to fees paid to Vidstyle in the transaction in question.
15. Affiliate Disclosure
Some products featured on Vidstyle are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase from the third-party retailer, Vidstyle may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Prices for affiliate products are set and displayed by the retailer and may change frequently; Vidstyle does not display or guarantee affiliate prices, availability, or promotions. All affiliate purchases are completed on and governed by the retailer's terms and policies; Vidstyle is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for third-party shipping, returns, or authenticity.
